At times the api will not auto reg because it picks up the regional and language settings are incorrect, this has to be changed in regedit if the regional and language settings in control panel are correct. Barcode not scanning

If the plu for a specific item does not work, make sure that the setcfg switches are correct and that the plu number being used does not start with a 00 , if it does start with a 00 it implies that it is a modifier and when been scanned it will not pick anything up
