Why does Pilot not use Teamviewer for remote support.

Pilot Software has invested in a remote support application called screenconnect.

This product tracks and records any action that the remote agent performs for the safety and security of our clients.

As applications such as Teamviewer and Ammy etc are not centralized and we are legally prohibited from utilizing the applications without purchasing the appropriate licence.

Should one of our technicians request the use of teamviewer please report this action by emailing web@pilot.co.za.
