Iron Tree Disk Image Malformed, Database Locked errors

This is the fix for that error/failure.

1. Stop the backup client service. (Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, then Services and look for Attix5 Pro or Pastel IronTree SE)
2. Go to the installation Path and rename the newbackuplist.db to newbackuplistold.db (C:\Program Files\Attix5 Pro or Pastel IronTreeBackup Client SE)
3. Go to the installation Path and rename the backuplist.db to backuplistold.db (C:\Program Files\Attix5 Pro or Pastel IronTreeBackup Client SE)
4. Start Service (Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, then Services and look for Attix5 Pro or Pastel IronTree SE)
5. Run the Account Setup Wizard (Open the IronTree Application, Go to Tools, Account Wizard)
6. Enter the Username and reconnect to the account
7. Run a manual backup.
