TROUBLESHOOTING - Ipads disconnected

  • Please make sure the WiFi is enabled and that the iPad is connected
  • If the touch is not working please select the 3 dots top right and select touch
  • If they are not printing make sure the printer sever is active on all machines
  • If they show the wrong default screen make sure the default screen is correct on the main sever
