When a Quebed unit Printer has stopped printing please try these steps below
NOTE by Default the printer is connected to on-board (Com 2).
(1)- Check that both the Printer and the Green light are on
(2)- Make sure the baud rate is 34800 and the Flow control is on (Hardware #1 + Paper-out detect Otherwise (Use Windows Settings)
(3)- If the printer was working for some time then stopped suddenly & you have tried all the troubleshooting steps, STOP the Print server
(4)- Add a Generic text on (Com2) then print a test page.
(5)-If it prints successfully DELETE the generic text
(6)-Restart the print server and try printing a bill
